L’Arcimboldo magazine online, prende il nome dal pittore del ‘500 Giuseppe Arcimboldo poiché l’artista realizzò le famose “Teste Composte”, dipinti che rivelavano una figura umana mettendo insieme tra loro prodotti ortofrutticoli, pesci e prodotti di cucina.
L’Arcimboldo ovvero la statuina dorata dalla forma moderna e stilizzata, creata dal 3D Artist Francesco Conte esperto in lighting e look dev www.frankwy.com , nasce per premiare gli Artisti del Gusto, in Italia e all’estero, cioè coloro i quali che con la loro professione e suddivisi per categorie peculiari, rispondono ai seguenti requisiti nell’ambito enogastronomico:
“Artisti del Gusto, custodi e ambasciatori di arti antiche, capaci di saper narrare la storia, di comunicare la cultura del proprio territorio, guardando al futuro e restando al passo con i tempi e le tendenze, con unicità e capacità emozionale”.

Arriva dal Belgio Carmine Russo, nasce a Napoli, pizzaiolo da 39 anni, ha ereditato la passione per la pizza e ad oggi rappresenta la terza generazione.
Ha lavorato per vent’anni in note pizzeria da Napoli ad Ischia, per poi spostarsi a Parma con Rossopomodoro di Fabio Cannavaro, restando in pianta stabile per ben dieci anni.
Negli ultimi 5 anni ha girato il mondo portando la pizza in Australia, Grecia, Germania, Francia, Armenia, Irlanda, Malta.
Si è poi fermato in Belgio e da tre anni precisamente ad Etterbeek ha dato vita alla sua pizzeria ‘, Na’ Pizza.
In questa location, che sorge vicino al Parlamento Europeo, ogni giorno il Maestro Carmine Russo, con la sua pizza racconta appassionatamente i sapori italiani e le tradizioni della sua terra.
