At IT Maison, the all-day dining restaurant in the heart of Brera, Chef Romualdo Palladino signs a summer offer that accompanies every moment of the day and tells of an authentic, convivial cuisine, with simple and familiar flavors. The menu is an invitation to sharing, with dishes to be enjoyed at the center of the table, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Among these, a lot of space is given to “homemade” pasta shapes, which bring to mind family lunches, such as the wheels in the “Nerano-style, Provolone del Monaco, courgette flowers, courgette chips” version or the “Gragnano tubettone with seafood and raw red prawn”. Vegetables then play a leading role: from the “Aubergine perlina alla parmigiana” to the “Roast artichokes, green sauce”, passing through the “Steamed asparagus, tarragon mayo”. A culinary philosophy that eliminates the superfluous to enhance the raw material, interpreted with balance between Mediterranean tradition and light contaminations.
