Con l’arrivo della bella stagione The Rome EDITION rinnova la sua proposta gastronomica. Da Anima, il signature restaurant dell’hotel, torna protagonista il Garden: il cortile interno trasformato in un’oasi urbana con oltre 400 piante. Il nuovo menu firmato dallo Chef Antonio Gentile celebra Roma e Napoli con piatti che uniscono tradizione e creatività. Spicca lo “Spaghettone Benedetto Cavalieri, al pomodORO e basilico”, espressione di semplicità ed eleganza del gusto. Ogni giorno, piatti fuori menu sorprendono con sapori stagionali. Al settimo piano The Roof invita a pranzi rilassati a bordo piscina, aperitivi al tramonto e cene sotto le stelle. Il menu esalta la cucina locale con piatti freschi e proposte alla griglia.
