Situato all’interno di NH Collection Venezia Grand Hotel Palazzo dei Dogi, un tempo sede dello storico Palazzo Rizzo Patarol, accoglie gli ospiti in un contesto senza tempo, sospeso tra storia, natura e alta cucina. Solo 18 coperti e due percorsi degustazione – da 7 e 11 portate – che fondono tradizione italiana, creatività e materie prime locali. Located inside NH Collection Venezia Grand Hotel Palazzo dei Dogi, once home to the historic Palazzo Rizzo Patarol, it welcomes guests in a timeless setting, suspended between history, nature and haute cuisine. Only 18 seats and two tasting menus – with 7 and 11 courses – that blend Italian tradition, creativity and local raw materials. Each dish tells a story inspired by the vision of Airaudo and the legacy of Lorenzo Patarol, author of the herbarium of the same name.
