Ad agosto la città rallenta il suo ritmo e chi decide di restare può trovare nel Salotto Lobby Lounge – lo spazio recentemente rinnovato all’interno dell’Hotel Principe di Savoia Dorchester Collection di Milano – un rifugio elegante, da vivere in ogni momento della giornata. Ideale dalla colazione al light lunch fino al dopocena, la venue osserva per tutto il mese un orario prolungato, dalle 7:00 a 00:30.
Anche la cucina del Ristorante Acanto non si ferma e continua a offrire un menu stagionale, ideato dallo Chef Matteo Gabrielli, che reinterpreta i sapori dell’estate con raffinatezza e creatività. Dall’11 al 23 agosto il servizio sarà disponibile solo a cena.
Il Principe Bar invece sarà operativo fino al primo weekend di agosto (dall’1 al 3) e, dopo una breve pausa, riaprirà il 21 agosto, pronto ad accogliere nuovamente gli ospiti con i suoi signature cocktail e l’atmosfera sofisticata che lo contraddistingue.

In August, the city slows down, and those who decide to stay can find the Salotto Lobby Lounge—the recently renovated space within the Hotel Principe di Savoia Dorchester Collection in Milan—an elegant retreat for any time of day. Ideal for breakfast, a light lunch, and after-dinner drinks, the venue maintains extended hours throughout the month, from 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.
The Acanto Restaurant’s cuisine also continues to offer a seasonal menu, created by Chef Matteo Gabrielli, which reinterprets summer flavors with refinement and creativity. From August 11th to 23rd, service will be available for dinner only.
The Principe Bar, meanwhile, will be open until the first weekend of August (from the 1st to the 3rd) and, after a short break, will reopen on August 21st, ready to welcome guests once again with its signature cocktails and its distinctive sophisticated atmosphere.
