Per chi ha in programma un tour nella campagna emiliana, Acetaia Giusti apre le porte di Casa Giusti, il luogo dedicato al racconto della storia e dei segreti della più antica casa produttrice di Aceto Balsamico di Modena al mondo. All’interno di un borgo agricolo di metà Ottocento, completamente restaurato, è possibile seguire un percorso esperienziale articolato in tre momenti immersivi. Si inizia con la visita al Museo che, attraverso 10 sale, accompagna gli ospiti indietro nel tempo alla scoperta dei cimeli di famiglia, dalle medaglie delle Esposizioni Universali agli strumenti utilizzati nei secoli dai mastri acetai. Si continua poi nelle antiche acetaie, dov’è custodito il patrimonio di botti in cui viene affinato il Balsamico, e si termina con la degustazione verticale in purezza degli Aceti Balsamici di Modena Giusti: un momento per conoscere le diverse ricette e tipologie di prodotto, apprezzarne le caratteristiche, scoprirne la versatilità a tavola e le possibilità di abbinamento in cucina.

Inside a fully restored mid-19th-century farming village, guests can follow an experiential journey divided into three immersive moments.
