A guidare il racconto è lo chef stellato Paulo Airaudo, con una proposta gastronomica che unisce tradizione italiana e suggestioni internazionali, e piatti che esprimono equilibrio, eleganza e personalità. Nel menu creazioni come i “Casunzei”, il “Crudo di hamachi”, i “Cappelletti all’anatra” e il “Piccione con cipolla e funghi” riflettono la visione dello chef attraverso tecnica e materia prima. I dessert – dalla “Panna cotta con caramello di patate dolci” alla “Granita di basilico” – chiudono il percorso con leggerezza e creatività.
Con soli 18 coperti e due menu degustazione (da 7 o 11 portate), Da Lorenzo – Al Giardino Segreto è pensato per accogliere ogni ospite in un ambiente curato e sofisticato. Il ristorante sarà aperto dall’1 al 7 agosto e dal 19 al 31 agosto.

The menu features creations such as “Casunzei,” “Raw Hamachi,” “Duck Cappelletti,” and “Pigeon with Onion and Mushrooms,” reflecting the chef’s vision through technique and ingredients. Desserts—from “Panna cotta with sweet potato caramel” to “Basil Granita”—conclude the experience with lightness and creativity. With just 18 seats and two tasting menus (7 or 11 courses), Da Lorenzo – Al Giardino Segreto is designed to welcome every guest in a refined and sophisticated setting.
