L’estate 2025 ha segnato l’apertura di Vista Ostuni, nuova perla del brand Vista, che unisce lusso, storia e design in una location esclusiva a pochi passi dalla Città Bianca. Al centro dell’esperienza, l’offerta gastronomica interamente curata dallo Chef Andrea Berton. Il ristorante Berton al Vista offre una cucina di prodotto, declinata in un concept molto attuale e riconoscibile, in cui i brodi sono parte integrante della proposta. Il Bianca Bistrot si caratterizza invece per un menu immediato, fresco e legato al territorio pugliese, perfetto per ogni momento della giornata e per essere apprezzato anche da una clientela internazionale. Berton al Vista’s restaurant offers product-driven cuisine, crafted according to a highly contemporary and recognizable concept, where broths are an integral part of the menu. The Bianca Bistrot, meanwhile, offers a simple, fresh menu rooted in Puglia’s regional tradition, perfect for any time of day and equally appreciated by an international clientele.
