Per tutto il mese è infatti possibile scoprire “Botanical Alchemy”, l’aperitivo realizzato con Hendrick’s Gin e The Circle, disponibile al Garden, il suggestivo cortile interno che con oltre quattrocento piante accoglie gli ospiti al loro arrivo in hotel, trasformandosi in un’oasi verde nel cuore della città. La proposta consta di quattro cocktail esclusivi, accompagnati da un pairing botanico caratterizzato da un assemblaggio di foglie edibili e fiori freschi. Salendo al The Roof, la terrazza che dall’ultimo piano regala una vista mozzafiato sulla città, ogni giorno è possibile gustare una selezione di piatti “alla griglia”. Con la sua piscina in travertino e un’atmosfera sofisticata, questa terrazza è il luogo ideale per un pranzo rilassato a bordo piscina, un aperitivo al tramonto o una cena suggestiva sotto le stelle. Tutti i mercoledì del mese proseguono inoltre gli appuntamenti con i dj set. Mercoledì 27 agosto, infine, è prevista una degustazione di caviale firmata Caviar Giaveri e Beluga Vodka.
