Torna per il terzo anno consecutivo l’atteso appuntamento che coinvolge due delle cucine più amate del mondo: quella italiana e quella giapponese.
Dal 17 al 20 settembre, Terrazza Gallia Bar, rooftop dell’Excelsior Hotel Gallia, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan, ospita la Tokyo Week, un’iniziativa dedicata ai sapori e alle tradizioni del Paese del Sol Levante, che vede protagonisti gli chef del Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho, insieme allo chef Vincenzo Lebano, per un autentico aperitivo giapponese, accompagnato dai cocktail firmati dal bar manager Andrea Griggion e da una selezione di Sake e Whisky. Gran finale domenica 21 settembre, in occasione del Sunday Brunch – Late Summer Edition, in programma al Gallia Restaurant, con uno showcooking dedicato al sushi curato dagli chef giapponesi.

The long-awaited event combining two of the world’s most beloved cuisines: Italian and Japanese. From September 17th to 20th, Terrazza Gallia Bar, the rooftop of the Excelsior Hotel Gallia, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan, hosts Tokyo Week, an initiative dedicated to the flavors and traditions of the Land of the Rising Sun. The chefs of Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho, along with Chef Vincenzo Lebano, will be presenting an authentic Japanese aperitivo, accompanied by cocktails designed by bar manager Andrea Griggion and a selection of sake and whiskies. The grand finale will be on Sunday, September 21st, with the Sunday Brunch – Late Summer Edition, taking place at the Gallia Restaurant, featuring a sushi demonstration curated by Japanese chefs.
