Dall’8 al 14 settembre The Rome EDITION porta a Vinòforum il suo signature restaurant Anima, ricreando a Piazza di Siena l’elegante atmosfera del Garden dell’hotel. Durante i giorni della manifestazione, lo chef Antonio Gentile racconta il dialogo tra le sue radici partenopee e la tradizione romana attraverso piatti iconici come la Caprese, i Tortelli ripieni di pollo e peperoni e il Maritozzo. Ad accompagnare le ricette dello chef, il “Bubble Bar” di Coravin, che per l’occasione propone una selezione di champagne del gruppo Moët Hennessy serviti al calice e preservati grazie al sistema Coravin Sparkling. In contemporanea, in hotel sarà disponibile una wine list ideata dal team che, grazie alla tecnologia Coravin, permetterà di degustare grandi etichette al calice. Il 26 settembre da Anima sarà invece possibile degustare le referenze Flor de Caña: gli ospiti potranno assaggiare un rum invecchiato 25 anni, accompagnato da un dolce dello chef Gentile, oppure scoprire tre referenze in purezza, per una serata all’insegna del gusto e dell’eleganza. Proseguono per tutto il mese da Anima gli aperitivi “Botanical Alchemy”, realizzati in partnership con Hendrick’s Gin e The Circle: quattro cocktail esclusivi, accompagnati da un pairing botanico caratterizzato da un assemblaggio di foglie edibili e fiori freschi. Tutti i giorni è inoltre possibile scoprire “Sundown”, l’appuntamento che celebra la magia della golden hour al The Roof, con cocktail d’autore a base di Hendrick’s Gin, accompagnati da creazioni gastronomiche pensate per esaltare ogni sorso.

From September 8th to 14th, The Rome EDITION will bring its signature restaurant, Anima, to Vinòforum, recreating the elegant atmosphere of the hotel’s Garden in Piazza di Siena. During the event, chef Antonio Gentile will explore the connection between his Neapolitan roots and Roman tradition through iconic dishes such as Caprese, Tortelli stuffed with chicken and peppers, and Maritozzo. Accompanying the chef’s recipes will be the Coravin “Bubble Bar,” which for the occasion offers a selection of Moët Hennessy champagnes served by the glass and preserved thanks to the Coravin Sparkling system. At the same time, a wine list designed by the team will be available in the hotel, which, thanks to Coravin technology, will allow guests to savor great wines by the glass. On September 26th, Anima will offer Flor de Caña rum tastings: guests can sample a 25-year-old rum, paired with a dessert by Chef Gentile, or discover three pure rums, for an evening of flavor and elegance. Anima will continue its “Botanical Alchemy” aperitifs throughout the month, created in partnership with Hendrick’s Gin and The Circle: four exclusive cocktails, accompanied by a botanical pairing featuring an assemblage of edible leaves and fresh flowers. Every day, guests can also discover “Sundown,” the event celebrating the magic of golden hour at The Roof, with signature cocktails featuring Hendrick’s Gin, accompanied by gourmet creations designed to enhance every sip.
