Casale Vallechiesa è un’azienda vitivinicola in Frascati, che conserva origini lontanissime, ben 130 anni, per cui ha da raccontare un bel pezzo di storia del vino Frascati con le sue varie espressioni e vicissitudini nell’arco di oltre un secolo.
Di un vino schietto al naso come al palato conosciuto nel mondo come il vino dei Castelli Romani, che dopo anni di smarrimento qualitativo, ha potuto contare su aziende come Casale Vallechiesa, che si è distinta per aver creduto nei vitigni autoctoni da cui nasce, nella ricchezza del territorio che da sempre ne ha confermato l’unicità, per cui ha lavorato anno dopo anno per migliorarne le doti, tenendo fortemente a conservarne la qualità.
Di padre in figlio, la famiglia Gasperini ha passato il testimone, e da piccoli viticultori e commercianti di vini, nel 1990 danno vita a Casale Vallechiesa, azienda agricola di ben 13 ettari vitati, portando in eredità il legame e la passione per la terra e la saggezza enoica.
Oggi la famiglia Gasperini è alla quinta generazione di produttori e la nuova ventata arriva con Bruno Gasperini, giovane ma con le idee chiare e una naturale attitudine a seguire le orme di famiglia, ma anche a portare innovazione nei vari segmenti dell’attività.
Infatti un nuovo packaging, prossimamente vestirà i vini Casale Vallechiesa, presentando l’indiscussa qualità della tradizione e dei cru, con il racconto immediato dei simboli in etichetta a narrare la storia di uomini e di vini su terra di Frascati.
Mentre al calice il Frascati Superiore Docg Casale Vallechiesa, continuerà a proporsi cristallino nel suo paglierino carico, di buona consistenza, ad affascinare al naso con sobri profumi fruttati che tornano al palato netti in una piacevole freschezza e mineralità, nel lungo ricordo del gusto.

Casale Vallechiesa is a winery in Frascati, with distant origins dating back 130 years. It has a significant piece of Frascati wine history to tell, with its various expressions and vicissitudes over the course of over a century.
A wine as pure on the nose as it is on the palate, known worldwide as the wine of the Castelli Romani. After years of quality decline, it has been able to count on wineries like Casale Vallechiesa, which has distinguished itself for its belief in the native grape varieties from which it is born, in the richness of the terroir that has always confirmed its uniqueness, and for which it has worked year after year to improve its qualities, while firmly committed to preserving its quality.
From father to son, the Gasperini family has passed the baton, and in 1990, from small winemakers and wine merchants, they founded Casale Vallechiesa, a 13-hectare vineyard estate, inheriting their bond and passion for the land and winemaking expertise.
Today, the Gasperini family is in its fifth generation of producers, and a new wave of leadership arrives with Bruno Gasperini, a young man with clear ideas and a natural aptitude for following in the family footsteps, but also for bringing innovation to the various segments of the business.
In fact, new packaging will soon be available for Casale Vallechiesa wines, showcasing the undisputed quality of tradition and crus, with the symbols on the label immediately telling the story of the men and wines of Frascati.
Meanwhile, in the glass, the Frascati Superiore DOCG Casale Vallechiesa will continue to present itself crystalline in its deep straw yellow, with a good consistency, captivating the nose with understated fruity aromas that return cleanly on the palate with a pleasant freshness and minerality, in a lingering aftertaste.
