The Rome EDITION si prepara a un mese ricco di appuntamenti. Mercoledì 12 riapre ufficialmente Jade Bar che presenta la nuova collaborazione con Le Labo, permettendo agli ospiti di vivere aperitivi esperienziali, tra design e fragranze. Dal 14 al 20 novembre da Anima – il signature restaurant dell’hotel – l’Executive Chef Antonio Gentile propone un esclusivo menu dedicato alla “Truffle Week”, la settimana che omaggia il tartufo con eventi in programma in tutta Italia. Mercoledì 19 prende il via la mostra dell’artista romana Rä di Martino, che esporrà le sue opere in occasione di Arte in Nuvola, la grande fiera internazionale d’arte moderna e contemporanea di Roma. Venerdì 21 torna l’appuntamento mensile dedicato alle migliori cantine e ai più celebri ristoranti nostrani, con una serata speciale che vedrà protagonisti i piatti realizzati dal team del The Rome EDITION insieme allo chef Stefano Cerveni del ristorante stellato Due Colombe di Borgonato, e proposti in abbinamento ai vini di Ca’ del Bosco. Giovedì 27 novembre è infine possibile partecipare alla cena del “Ringraziamento”, omaggio alla cultura gastronomica americana.

The Rome EDITION is gearing up for a month packed with events. It kicks off on Saturday, November 1st, with a talk by poet Gabriele Tinti and artist Roger Ballen. On Wednesday the 12th, Jade Bar officially reopens, presenting its new collaboration with Le Labo, allowing guests to enjoy experiential aperitifs, blending design and fragrance. From November 14th to 20th, at Anima—the hotel’s signature restaurant—Executive Chef Antonio Gentile will be offering an exclusive menu dedicated to “Truffle Week,” a week-long celebration of truffles with events throughout Italy. On Wednesday the 19th, Roman artist Rä di Martino opens her exhibition, which will be featured at Arte in Nuvola, Rome’s major international modern and contemporary art fair. The monthly event dedicated to Italy’s finest wineries and most celebrated restaurants returns on Friday the 21st, with a special evening showcasing dishes created by The Rome EDITION team, along with chef Stefano Cerveni of the Michelin-starred Due Colombe restaurant in Borgonato, paired with Ca’ del Bosco wines. Finally, on Thursday, November 27th, guests can enjoy the “Thanksgiving” dinner, a tribute to American gastronomic culture.
