La proposta è una cucina mediterranea con un twist fusion, a base di verdure e tagli di carne di alta qualità, con primi piatti, pinchos da condividere, cotture al Josper e alla griglia, tutto firmato da Romualdo Palladino, Head Chef del gruppo IT. E, tra luci soffuse, toni caldi dati dalla terracotta e dal legno e un design naturale e accogliente, la serata continua con musica e intrattenimento per un’esperienza vibrante e modaiola.
Milan is ablaze with new energy: the renovated IT Milano, a historic Milanese nightlife hotspot, opens in mid-November, marking the IT group’s third location in the Lombardy capital after IT Maison and ByIT. A venue open from dinner until late, it brings the spirit of IT Ibiza to the city, transformed for the winter season. The menu features Mediterranean cuisine with a fusion twist, featuring vegetables and high-quality cuts of meat, along with pasta dishes, pinchos to share, and Josper and grilled dishes, all created by Romualdo Palladino, Head Chef of the IT group.
