All’Excelsior Hotel Gallia, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan, l’offerta culinaria del Gallia Lounge & Bar si arricchisce dei sapori e colori tradizionali del Natale.
Dal 24 al 26 dicembre, dalle ore 12:30 alle 14:30 e dalle 19:30 alle 22:30, sarà infatti possibile gustare alcune esclusive creazioni “Christmas Edition” firmate dall’Executive Chef Vincenzo Lebano. Tra i piatti spiccano: “terrina di foie gras di anatra, pan brioche e prugne”, “catalana di pesci e crostacei”, “spaghetti all’astice, burrata e basilico” e “guancetta di manzo al Valcalepio, morbido di patate e tartufo nero”.
La notte del 31 dicembre, invece, l’hotel accoglie il 2026 con un esclusivo New Year’s Party, tra musica e brindisi in compagnia. Dalle 19:30 in poi l’intero hotel si veste a festa. Dall’ingresso fino a Terrazza Gallia Bar, passando per la Lounge, sarà possibile festeggiare Capodanno con isole di musica live e proposte di finger food servite al passaggio. Imperdibile il brindisi di mezzanotte, al settimo piano dell’hotel, in Terrazza Gallia Bar, con vista su Milano.
Giovedì 1° gennaio 2026, infine, torna l’ormai famoso Brunch di Capodanno, che chiuderà idealmente il viaggio delle feste nel segno del gusto e dell’eleganza.

At the Excelsior Hotel Gallia, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan, the culinary offerings at the Gallia Lounge & Bar are enriched with the traditional flavors and colors of Christmas.
From December 24th to 26th, from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM and from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM, guests can enjoy exclusive “Christmas Edition” creations by Executive Chef Vincenzo Lebano. Standout dishes include: “duck foie gras terrine, brioche bread, and prunes,” “fish and shellfish Catalana,” “spaghetti with lobster, burrata, and basil,” and “beef cheek in Valcalepio wine, potato cream, and black truffle.”
On the night of December 31st, the hotel will welcome in 2026 with an exclusive New Year’s Party, featuring music and toasts. From 7:30 PM onwards, the entire hotel will be decked out in festive style. From the entrance to the Terrazza Gallia Bar, passing through the Lounge, guests can celebrate New Year’s Eve with live music and finger food served as they pass by. Don’t miss the midnight toast on the seventh floor of the hotel, at the Terrazza Gallia Bar, overlooking Milan.
Finally, on Thursday, January 1, 2026, the now famous New Year’s Eve Brunch returns, providing the perfect conclusion to the festive journey with a touch of taste and elegance.
