Tra leproposte a bassa gradazione alcolica spiccano: “Fig Mule”, con base Tanqueray 0.0 e, a completamento, London Essence Ginger Beer; “Umeshupolitan”, un viaggio sensoriale che parte dal Giappone, attraversa l’America e approda nelle cantine portoghesi, conUmeshu, succo di cranberry, tagliente e vibrante, succo di limone e, infine, un tocco di Porto Ruby; “A French Touch”, omaggio alla raffinatezza parigina, con Tanqueray 0.0, St-Germain e bitter analcolico. I mocktail sono pensati invece per celebrare il piaceredell’aperitivo moderno. “Spritz Vibrante”, perfetto per chi ama l’eleganza dello Spritz, è preparato con Vermouth alcohol free, vino frizzante senza alcol e soda water. “Like a Piñacolada” è un mocktail tropicale, dal carattere pulito e moderno, con Tanqueray 0.0,sciroppo di cocco, succo di limone e London Essence Soda Pineapple. Among the low-alcohol offerings are: “Fig Mule,” based on Tanqueray 0.0 and complemented by London Essence Ginger Beer; “Umeshupolitan,” a sensory journey from Japan, through America, and into Portuguese cellars, with umeshu, sharp and vibrant cranberry juice, lemon juice, and a touch of Ruby Port; and “A French Touch,” a tribute to Parisian sophistication, with Tanqueray 0.0, St-Germain, and non-alcoholic bitters. The mocktails, meanwhile, are designed to celebrate the pleasure of the modern aperitif. “Spritz Vibrante,” perfect for those who love the elegance of the Spritz, is made with alcohol-free vermouth, alcohol-free sparkling wine, and soda water. “Like a Piñacolada” is a clean, modern tropical mocktail with Tanqueray 0.0, coconut syrup, lemon juice, and London Essence Pineapple Soda. Also noteworthy is the “Bitter Collins,” with Tanqueray 0.0, lemon juice, simple syrup, and non-alcoholic bitters.
