Da Lorenzo – Al Giardino Segreto invita a vivere una Pasqua indimenticabile nel cuore elegante di NH Collection Venezia Grand Hotel Palazzo dei Dogi. Domenica 5 aprile il ristorante sarà aperto dalle ore 12:00 alle 14:00 con un unico percorso degustazione, “Emozioni” pensato per trasformare il pranzo pasquale in un’esperienza raffinata.
Il menu include 7 portate tra cui “Consommé di carciofo con olio al lemongrass e vaniglia”, “Crudo di Ricciola con succo di finocchio speziato”, “Risotto con mosto cotto, funghi, animelle e sedano rapa”, “Capriolo con radicchio tardivo e castagne” e, dulcis in fundo, “Variazione di mela, gelato al caramello e limone nero”. Al termine verrà servito un uovo di cioccolato artigianale preparato dal team di Da Lorenzo. Per i più piccoli è disponibile un menu bambini, con primo a scelta (pomodoro, ragù, pesto o bianco), secondo (medaglione di manzo con patate o pollo) e dolce con gelato e uovo di cioccolato.

Da Lorenzo – Al Giardino Segreto invites you to experience an unforgettable Easter in the elegant heart of the NH Collection Venezia Grand Hotel Palazzo dei Dogi. On Sunday, April 5th, the restaurant will be open from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM with a unique tasting menu, “Emotions,” designed to transform your Easter lunch into a refined experience.
The menu includes seven courses, including “Artichoke Consommé with Lemongrass and Vanilla Oil,” “Raw Amberjack with Spiced Fennel Juice,” “Risotto with Cooked Must, Mushrooms, Sweetbreads, and Celeriac,” “Venison with Late-Crop Radicchio and Chestnuts,” and, last but not least, “Apple Variation, Caramel Ice Cream, and Black Lemon.” A handmade chocolate egg prepared by the Da Lorenzo team will be served at the end. A children’s menu is available for the little ones, with a choice of first course (tomato, ragù, pesto, or white), second course (beef medallion with potatoes or chicken), and dessert with ice cream and a chocolate egg.
