Domenica 5 aprile, al Gallia Restaurant di Milano, torna l’atteso Sunday Brunch. Protagonista della tavola sarà un percorso che unisce tradizione e creatività: dal grande buffet di antipasti alle preparazioni espresse della live show cooking station, con gli chef che daranno vita a piatti preparati al momento. Non mancheranno i simboli della Pasqua italiana, come la Colomba e la Pastiera Napoletana, affiancate da un buffet di dolci e frutta fresca. Tra le esperienze da vivere spicca la postazione dedicata alle uova di Pasqua, pensata per raccontare l’arte del cioccolato attraverso creazioni firmate dal Pastry Chef Francesco Gramuglia. Immancabile poi il “Ring for Bubbles”: basterà suonare un piccolo campanello per vedersi servire un calice di bollicine. Caffè e musica dal vivo completeranno il brunch. E, mentre gli adulti saranno impegnati a concedersi un viaggio nel gusto, anche i più piccoli avranno il loro spazio creativo: un piccolo laboratorio dedicato alla decorazione delle uova per un momento di festa condivisa che unisce diverse generazioni.

The eagerly awaited Sunday Brunch returns to the Gallia Restaurant in Milan on Sunday, April 5th. The table will feature a journey that blends tradition and creativity: from the large appetizer buffet to the express preparations of the live show cooking station, with chefs creating freshly prepared dishes. Symbols of Italian Easter will be present, such as the Colomba and the Neapolitan Pastiera, alongside a buffet of desserts and fresh fruit. Among the experiences to be enjoyed is the Easter egg station, designed to showcase the art of chocolate through creations by Pastry Chef Francesco Gramuglia. The unmissable “Ring for Bubbles” is also a must: simply ring a small bell to be served a glass of bubbly. Coffee and live music will round out the brunch. And while adults indulge in a culinary journey, even the little ones will have their own creative space: a small workshop dedicated to decorating eggs for a shared moment of celebration that unites generations.
