Nella spettacolare Val di Cembra, Cembra Cantina di Montagna accoglie gli ospiti tra i suoi vigneti sospesi, animati dai colori della primavera. Il verde brillante dei nuovi germogli, i toni caldi del porfido che modella i terrazzamenti, i fiori che punteggiano i muretti a secco, ogni dettaglio racconta un territorio straordinariamente vocato, curato con dedizione dai 300 piccoli “artigiani” della vite. Un lavoro eroico che si riflette in vini d’alta quota dal carattere unico. Al termine della visita, diversi percorsi di degustazione accompagnano in un viaggio tra le varie anime della cantina: dall’eccellenza delle bollicine TrentoDoc Oro Rosso, nelle versioni “Blanc de Noirs Riserva” da uve Pinot Nero e “Dosaggio Zero Riserva” da uve Chardonnay, ai vini longevi, capaci di evolvere nel tempo e tradurre l’attesa in eleganza, fino ai vini d’annata, manifestazione giovane e vivace della montagna.

In the spectacular Cembra Valley, Cembra Cantina di Montagna welcomes guests among its suspended vineyards, animated by the colors of spring. The brilliant green of the new shoots, the warm tones of the porphyry shaping the terraces, the flowers dotting the dry stone walls: every detail speaks of an extraordinarily suited terroir, cared for with dedication by 300 small “artisans” of the vine. This heroic work is reflected in high-altitude wines with unique character. At the end of the tour, various tastings take you on a journey through the winery’s diverse souls: from the excellence of the TrentoDoc Oro Rosso sparkling wines, in the “Blanc de Noirs Riserva” versions made from Pinot Noir grapes and the “Dosaggio Zero Riserva” made from Chardonnay grapes, to the long-lived wines, capable of evolving over time and translating anticipation into elegance, to the vintage wines, a youthful and lively manifestation of the mountain.
