Anima, signature restaurant di The Rome EDITION, celebra la festa degli innamorati con una serata speciale. Sabato 14 febbraio, a cena, sarà disponibile un menù degustazione in collaborazione con la Cantina Amor Vitae, i cui vini, scelti da Aires Da Silva, Head Sommelier del ristorante, esalteranno sapori e armonie del menu curato dall’Executive Chef Antonio Gentile. Il percorso si apre con “Ricciola Marinata, Cime di Rapa e Salsa ai Ricci di Mare“, poi “Fettuccina al Pomodoro, Gamberi Rossi e Mozzarella di Bufala DOP” e “Tortello di Carbonara“. E poi ancora “Manzo Arrosto con la sua Salsa alla Cacciatora, Carciofi ed Erborinato di Capra“. Per il dessert la barbabietola diventa protagonista assieme a cioccolato e lampone.

Anima, The Rome EDITION’s signature restaurant, celebrates Valentine’s Day with a special evening. On Saturday, February 14th, a tasting menu will be available for dinner in collaboration with Cantina Amor Vitae. Its wines, selected by Aires Da Silva, the restaurant’s Head Sommelier, will enhance the flavors and harmonies of the menu curated by Executive Chef Antonio Gentile. The menu opens with “Marinated Amberjack, Turnip Tops, and Sea Urchin Sauce,” followed by “Fettuccine with Tomato, Red Shrimp, and DOP Buffalo Mozzarella,” and “Tortello Carbonara.” This is followed by “Roast Beef with Cacciatore Sauce, Artichokes, and Blue Goat Cheese.” For dessert, beetroot takes center stage, along with chocolate and raspberry.
